Image: MVolodymyr / shutterstock.com If you need a break from doom-scrolling, take a few minutes of your day to enjoy some videos featuring my new favorite internet doggo, a cute Tibetan Spaniel named Tilly who goes by the nickname "the friendly loaf." Tilly was rescued by her human mom,  Anna Marie , in 2019. She answered an ad for a litter of puppies that were being given away, but when she showed up, only one was left. She was told that the remaining puppy was "deformed" and that nobody wanted to adopt her. Anna Marie instantly fell in love with Tilly, who has short spine syndrome. Her vertebrae are compressed, which makes her look like she has no neck, and an unusually short back.  To me, she looks like something straight out of a cartoon — in the best, most adorable way possible. Someone online  commented , "Which Pokémon is this?" — which also kind of sums up her vibe.…
