15s threshold

A lot of decent resumes flatten themselves here. The bullet says rebuilt reporting, improved onboarding, cleaned up invoicing. Fine. But on a first skim I still cannot tell what problem was sitting there before you touched it. That missing piece matters because recruiters use it to size the work. If there was a backlog, duplicate data, angry clients, or manual cleanup every Friday, the line suddenly has weight. Without that, the same bullet reads like routine upkeep. Usually one small cue is enough. - rebuilt weekly reporting that had been stitched together in 6 spreadsheets - cleaned up onboarding after new hires kept missing day-one access - fixed invoice review that was causing repeat billing errors You do not need a dramatic before-and-after in every line. Just enough to show why the work existed. submitted by /u/Level-Sun-8605 [link] [comments]
