Hello all, Hoping someone can give me some good ideas or pointers, and apologies if this has been asked a million times before - I have searched. Basically I have too much stuff going on: projects I'm working on, DIY to get finished, ideas for things I'm writing, piano pieces to learn to play, random ideas. So often I'll get to the evening/weekend, after work, and I want to move forward on one of these things, but I get stuck on knowing which I should do/prioritise, and it all becomes overwhelming, and all I end up doing is the bare minimum of maintenance tasks (cleaning, food planning and shopping) rather than the things I know I want to do. Part of it is overwhelm. Part of it is feeling like I need to have a schedule so that at little bit of everything gets done, but being paralysed by the pressure of coming up with that perfect schedule. I live alone and work full time. I struggle with my mental health.…
