Hey all, hoping someone here has hit this before. Setup: Production Manager Account: 593-822-xxxx. Developer token sits on this one. API Center shows access level: Explorer Access. I've applied for Basic Access. TEST Manager Account (TEST label): 593-037-xxxx. API Center on this one shows no access level, just: "Your account's access level doesn't include billing information. If you need access to billing, speak with your account admin." Client account I manually created inside the TEST Manager: 319-295-xxxx. What works: Using the dev token from the production Manager, I can hit the API against the test client (319-295-xxxx) and list campaigns, create campaigns, create ads. All good. What doesn't work: Trying to use the API to programmatically create more client accounts under the TEST Manager (593-037-xxxx). The call doesn't go through. Questions: Is this an Explorer Access restriction, and will Basic Access unlock it?…
