That’s when he allegedly “became irate” and tried to swing a beach umbrella at another person. That’s when he allegedly “grabbed a drill and charged” at a man while raging, “I’m going to kill you,” police said. Witnesses claimed they saw him “running with the drill” down the stretch of waterfront, the report said.
