My church collects veggies about to be thrown out from supermarkets and gives them out for free to the local neighborhood, and anyone who participates is allowed to take whatever they want from the leftovers. The issue is, we now have a massive box of hundreds of cherry tomatoes that are going to go bad within the next week or so and I have no idea what to do with them, our housemates have agreed we wanna make some pasta sauce and some salsa however that will probably only take up about 1/5 or 1/4 of what we have, any ideas will help.
