Hi there, I'm a first time mom who is breastfeeding my little one, and pumping while at work. I'm a part-time worker at a small, locally owned business. Boss has been wonderful about accommodating my pumping needs. However, the room she has me in is where the safe is. So, there are cameras pointed at it. They're not directly facing the chair/desk I sit at, but it's only a 5x5 room. I can't imagine it's hard to see everything on the cameras.
I don't think anything malicious is happening and I think my boss is just unaware. But I'm not having a good time at this place of work and would like to have documentation of anything and everything I could report if push comes to shove.
I have taken pictures of the cameras in the room.
What else can I do, and are there legal protections?
