So I’m around 72kg and he’s about the same but a little taller than me. He looks physically smaller muscle wise than me but can can bench 100 for reps when the max for me is about 50 for reps.
Why is there such a drastic difference in our strength with little difference between us. I mean my other friend thought I could bench more than him just by how I look but he can bench double.
Are my muscles “empty” as he looks to have less muscle than me but is stronger.
I usually do higher reps like 8-12, is that the reason for my bigger muscles but not so much strength
