Seung Han Ho, 69, has been arrested in connection with the shootings, Carrollton Police Chief Roberto Arredondo said. Carrollton police and fire first responded at 9:57 a.m. to the 4000 block of State Highway 121 at K Towne Plaza, where officers found four adults with gunshot wounds.
