Chopped in food processor with seeds. 2 finely chopped shallots 3 tablespoons of capers - minced in food processor 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt Smoked paprika Ground black pepper 1-2 tablespoons of turmeric 2 eggs for binding 1/2 cup ground oat flour (to keep things gluten free) Combine all ingredients and form meatballs. Line your sheet pan with parchment paper and bake meatballs in preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. Oven temp: 400F.
