Advice on traveling with a 70L and a 22L on plane Hi guys! I wanted to get some advice from people more experienced traveling with such bags. I'm flying from Florida to Colorado for a seasonal job where I'll be camping majority of the time. The job is providing the tent and sleeping set up, so I won't have to fly with that. I'll most likely be flying Frontier. I'd like to have my bags be considered a personal item and a carry on as I don't like dealing with checked bags (although I'll check the 70L if I have to of course). Overall, I'm trying to figure this out now as I want to buy my plane ticket along with the bag type all at once soon. For my bags, I have a Gregory Deva 70 and a REI Flash 22. Because the bulk of my gear is already in Colorado, I'm wondering if my Deva 70 can technically be a carry on. Frontier's carry on size is 24x16x10. I've packed my bag like how I would when I leave and it measures 24x13x16 with hip belt and 24x13x9 without hip belt.…
