South Korean stocks are set for a further boost as Interactive Brokers Group Inc. gives US retail investors direct access to the world’s hottest market.

“Eligible clients worldwide can now access Korean equities with same-day account enablement, real-time execution, and transparent institutional-grade pricing,” according to a statement by IBKR, which added that it’s the first major US-based broker to offer such a service.
