Wanted to share my experience and see if people had similar issues. I was starting off doing introductory excel classses that were below my level, just to get used to the site and how it worked. I’m not exaggerating, assignments would take me 5 minutes to complete, and then a half hour to try troubleshooting the system to accept and grade my work. I thought it would get better and I was just new, but after two weeks of maddening frustration I gave up and canceled the service. The grading system is terrible. You can’t submit a normal excel file which causes the system to not recognize formulas most of the time. It’s awful. The system is unusable.
