By Al Williams, Open Justice reporter WARNING: This story is about alleged sexual offending A teen who was allegedly raped by a man she shared a pizza with told police she was disoriented and dizzy, but remembers feeling pain, crying and screaming during the ordeal. Her police video interview was played to a jury of six men and six women, as the Crown opened its case against Donny Moses at the Christchurch District Court on Tuesday. Moses is charged with sexual violation by rape, unlawful sexual connection, abduction with intent to have unlawful sexual connection and attempted sexual violation. In her opening address, Crown Prosecutor Christina Hallaway said the offences allegedly took place on the night of March 31 and early morning of April 1, 2023. She said the pair met on Ferry Rd, Christchurch just after 10.30pm. Moses was carrying pizzas and offered the teen a slice which she accepted.
