Shake Shack, the New York-based chain known for its all-natural beef burgers, chicken sandwiches and hand-spun milkshakes, will open the doors to its second Colorado Springs location on Thursday. The restaurant opens at 10 a.m. at 7465 N. Academy Blvd., in the Shops at Falcon Landing shopping center in Briargate.
