How do you perform para comp ? Personally I use glue comp (ableton stock plugin) in a return track but I don't know what the right setting is ? I put the threshold at -40db (max set) and random attack and release (generally slow). I know that this way allow to get more loud in our mix in general so I think slow attack and slow release it's better but it might not be the only way...

Can you help me if your are a pro of para comp ??
