Hi all, I'm interested in hearing from people who have experience with a German Niederlassungserlaubnis (permanent residence permit) while working remotely across borders within the EU. My situation is roughly as follows: I currently live in Germany on an EU Blue Card. I am eligible for German PR (Niederlassungserlaubnis) later this year. My partner is an EU citizen (but not Dutch) living in the Amsterdam (more on this later...) If I get German PR, I'd like to know about the feasibility of spending significant time in both countries while working remotely (either as an employee or potentially as a contractor/self-employed person in the future) I'd really love to hear practical experiences from people who have actually done something similar.…
