Hi! idk if this is the right place for this post but I'm looking for advice. I have an interview at a nursery on Wednesday and I'm super nervous. For context, I have an undergrad degree in psychology and I focused all my elective studies on child development, particularly ADHD and ASD I also have a health and social care A level qualification. I’ve always wanted to work with children but my experience is limited to work experience when I was younger and caring for my four siblings who are much younger than me. I’m nervous about navigating the interview without proper experience. I've been told that I'll get scenario based questions regarding safeguarding and questions about the EYFS but since I've never worked in a nursery, my knowledge on both is very limited. I’m worried I won’t know how to answer questions about scenarios I've never been in. Do you have any advice or resources that might be helpful? Additionally, do you have any advice on an appropriate outfit I could wear?…
