Dumb question for you chemists. Splash less bleach apparently doesn't disinfect because the concentration of sodium hypochlorite is lower. If you're further diluting the bleach in water to disinfect anyway, couldn't you theoretically just increase the volume of splash less bleach used to achieve the same water to sodium hypochlorite ratio that is effective for disinfection?
