Ariana Grande has finally revealed that Petal is the title of her new album set for release on July 31. The singer took to social media to share the cover art for her new album, which shows her smiling and looking blissful, with her hair on her face. “Something that is full of life and growing through the cracks of something cold and hard and challenging,” reads the description of the album in the announcement. Grande’s eighth studio album will be released via Republic Records and was executive-produced and co-written by Grande and Ilya Salmanzadeh. Ilya also shared the artwork for Grande’s album on Instagram, with the singer replying with a smiley emoticon.
