I just bought new stainless steel cuisinart multi clad pans and they are all slightly warped. I’ve abused my cheap nonstick with high heat on my electric stove and it never warped. I’m trying to figure out why these did cause I never cooked my food past medium heat (375 degrees) and the pan doesn’t ever come in contact with cold water until after I finished eating. I also try heating it up slowly but I still don’t want to wait 10 min so that my pan comes up to temp. The only thing I suspect is my induction stove. There is slight warping on both 8in and 10in. Do you guys think it’s a factory defect and I could get a warranty replacement?
