The world’s largest brewer Anheuser-Busch InBev’s purchase of closest rival SABMiller makes sense because the former needs a sizable acquisition to sustain revenue growth and expand into emerging markets, said Arash Massoudi, M&A and corporate finance correspondent with the Financial Times newspaper of London. Massoudi discussed the deal on the Knowledge at Wharton radio show shortly before it became final.
