Located in Europe. My backyard lawn has been doing pretty well overall, but lately I’ve noticed some lighter thin stripes and uneven patches showing through certain areas. It’s still growing and doesn’t seem dead, just noticeably lighter and less full than the surrounding grass.

I use a robot mower regularly, so I’m not sure if this is mowing stress, wheel traffic, soil compaction, or maybe just a nutrient issue starting to show. The yard gets decent sunlight, and I water when needed.

I’m trying to decide whether to fertilize, change mowing frequency, overseed later, or simply leave it alone for now.

What would you check first if this was your lawn?
