Two Bay Area stars are making major appearances on Drake’s newly released ICEMAN album. San Francisco artist Karri and Pinole producer P-Lo both contributed to “2 Hard 4 The Radio,” a bass-heavy track that pays tribute to late Bay Area rap legend Mac Dre and his classic record, “Too Hard For the F***n’ Radio.” The collaboration instantly caught attention online from fans who recognized the song’s source material. For Karri, the placement marks another milestone in his fast-rising career. The singer and producer first broke through with his viral 2023 record “3AM In Oakland,” which helped earn recognition from Drake’s circle, including OVO affiliate Chubbs.
