Has anyone here reached CoastFire and planning to pivot away from tech to healthcare? Anyone made the shift? Im in CoastFire, Im in tech, but Id like to help people and job stability hence thinking of healthcare. I do volunteer on the side as well. Are there adjacent job paths with good work life balance without needing intense amount of schooling that you shifted to?
