The "quartz" countertop is incredibly fragile and stains almost instantly upon any contact with liquid. Water Creation's initial solution was to tell me that I needed to sand it with a 3,000-grit sandpaper and make sure to wipe the counter *immediately* after usage — neither of which is recommended maintenance in the manual.
