Genuinely curious. I went through a painful 3-month process of figuring out what AI actually helps with vs. what's hype.
What I found it's genuinely useful for: proposals, client emails, research briefs, first drafts (with the right technique), admin docs, QA passes before sending.
What it's NOT useful for out of the box: anything where you just type a vague request and expect a usable result. The gap between a bad prompt and a good prompt is enormous.
The voice matching issue was the biggest one for me, until I figured out how to feed it writing samples and get it to replicate my style, everything it produced sounded corporate and flat.
