Helena Bonham Carter is exiting the cast of  The White Lotus season four. Back in January, it was officially confirmed that the Oscar -nominee would be joining the cast . While character details remain under wraps, it was reported at the time that the black comedy-drama was headed to France for season four , with locations including Paris, the Cannes film festival, and the luxury Château de La Messardière hotel in Saint-Tropez on the Côte d’Azur. Just over a week after production on the new season started on the French Riviera, it was announced that Bonham Carter will not be starring in the upcoming fourth season. In a statement given to Deadline , an HBO spokesperson said it had “become apparent that the character which Mike White created for Helena Bonham Carter did not align once on set.” “The role has subsequently been rethought, is being rewritten, and will be recast in the coming weeks,” they continued.…
