I'm pretty frustrated with my (lack of) progress lately.

6' 0"

Started at 277.5 lbs. January 1st

I've been stuck between 253-256 lbs. for about 5 weeks.

BMR of about 2,350

Consume about 1,800 calories on rest days

2,100 calories on workout days

Work out four times a week

Two days of weightlifting plus 30 minutes of incline treadmill

Two days of cycling, usually 45-60 minutes

Still walk between 4k and 6k steps on off days

I target 155g protein and 33g fiber and rarely actually feel hungry

I've had a exactly two days of drinking alcohol in there that made me gain about 6-8 lbs of water weight but even on those days I didn't go over maintenance calories.

I know it can take a while for the "whoosh" effect but it's still frustrating.
