15s threshold

I'm 20, based in India, and I'm building an A. I. UGC ad agency targeting US D2C brands. Here's my honest plan to hit $10k/month. **The idea:** UGC ads are the highest performing ad format for D2C brands right now. But hiring real creators is slow, expensive, and inconsistent. I'm using A. I. avatars + scripting to produce the same style content at 10x the speed and 1/5th the cost. **Why from India:** A US agency charges $1,200/month and has $800 in overhead. I charge the same and have maybe $150–200 in tool costs. The margins make this worth going after aggressively. **The goal:** 8 US clients at $1,200/month = $10k MRR. That's it. Not 100 clients. Not a massive team. Just 8 brands who trust me with their creatives. **Where I'm at right now:** Zero clients. Zero revenue. Just a clear plan, some sample videos, and a lot of outreach ahead of me. submitted by /u/fhhfxs [link] [comments]
