The drama unfolded on April 12 over an active air traffic control frequency tracking planes at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. "Meow! Meow!" said one of the pilots, not named in news reports. "You guys need to be professional pilots," responded someone else on the frequency. The scolded pilots had the perfect rejoinder: more meowing, and then some barking too.
