There was moisture here in this room and the wooden floor looks rotten. There are these white web roots and they also stretch all around the gaps between the planks. There are also some small yellow seeds 1-2mm in size, but only in some places. The panels under the hardwood floor are some soft fibrous material used as a surface to glue the hardwood pieces on.
