The Batman: Part II has officially added more faces to its stacked cast. Director Matt Reeves revealed on X that Scarlett Johansson would officially join the film by posting a gif of her in 2013’s  Under the Skin . “Next exit, Gotham… Welcome,” the director captioned the post. He did not share any details of her role. The Hollywood Reporter  reported  in December that Johansson — known for her work as Black Widow/Natasha Romanoff in the MCU franchise — was in final negotiations to join the DC Studios’ sequel, which stars Robert Pattinson as the Dark Knight. She was expected to first film  The Exorcist  before starting on  Batman . Up next, Reeves confirmed that Sebastian Stan would also be heading to Gotham City. “In a Gotham state of mind… Welcome,” he wrote with a gif of the actor.
