“This project is located in a dense and culturally rich neighborhood,” says Luisa Grasso. Indeed, the 355-square-foot Brussels home that Grasso reimagined is in the heart of Matongé—a quarter populated with immigrants from all over the African continent, such as Rwanda, Burundi, and Mali, that's also in close proximity to EU institutions and the Belgian Royal Palace.
