Dare to Be Stupid: The Weird Al Musical , a new musical featuring the songs of Weird Al Yankovic , is being developed for the Broadway stage, with Moulin Rouge! director Alex Timbers and writers Scott Brown and Anthony King ( Gutenberg! The Musical!; Beetlejuice ) attached. Tony Award-winning Seaview ( Every Brilliant Thing, The Fear of 13 ) is on board to produce.
