L.A.-based Myriad Pictures has snapped up “A Silent Death,” the latest psychological crime thriller from Sebastian Schindel . The deal, hammered out between Myriad’s Kirk D’Amico and FilmSharks ’ Guido Rud and Federico Pascua, targets a North American release in the third quarter of 2026. Set in ‘80s Patagonia, the follows a hunting guide who uncovers a brutal crime tied to his niece, dragging him into an investigation that unearths the buried secrets of a dark and violent era. Film stars Joaquín Furriel, the lead in Schindel’s 2014 hit “The Boss, Anatomy of a Crime.” Said D’Amico: “We are excited to bring this suspenseful, well-crafted and multi-layered film to audiences in North America.
