POC Lab , a developer of technical resins for additive manufacturing, has launched two materials for professional applications: Nylon-Like UL94 V-0 ESD and HT-240C UL94 V-0 ESD. Both were introduced for demanding industrial applications that require flame retardancy, thermal resistance, and electrostatic discharge protection. Target sectors include electronics, aerospace, automotive, and advanced manufacturing. Each resin combines a UL94 V-0 flammability rating with ESD properties intended to dissipate static electricity. That combination is aimed at applications where fire safety and electrostatic protection must be addressed at the same time. POC Lab’s UL94 ESD formulation is described as an ESD-safe resin based on a composite containing single-wall carbon nanotubes and graphene for applications requiring protection against electrostatic discharge.
