Hi! i’ve just started practicing yoga a couple months ago. I’ve been trying to master bakasana, and can finally lift my toes and support myself in the pose.
However, I find that i can never hold my balance, and almost always veer off towards the right. I also can’t seem to bring my hips higher and forehead closer to the ground.
I was hoping anyone would have some tips on what I could do to improve! Thank you!
