Jack Harlow says that his father started crying when he got the chance to finally meet musician Van Hunt. During a sit-down with Rolling Stone in which he talked about the most important songs in his life, Harlow delved into the significance of “Dust” by Van Hunt. “It feels like my earliest memory of my favorite song,” Harlow said. “This song is one of my introductions to music. My dad use to play it when we lived outside of Louisville, so I just have an emotional connection to hearing this song. On the way home, my dad would play it a few minutes from the house, and he’d try and race in before it was over.” From there, Harlow reflected on getting the chance to meet Van Hunt through his fiancée, Halle Berry . “I had the chance to meet Halle Berry,” Harlow began. “On the way there, they told me she’ll be with her boyfriend, fiancée, partner, Van Hunt.
