Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni reached a settlement in their high-profile legal battle over the 2024 film “It Ends With Us” Monday. The “Gossip Girl” actress first filed a sexual harassment complaint against the “Jane the Virgin” actor in December 2024, following that up with a formal lawsuit . Baldoni, in turn, countersued both The New York Times and Lively, though both lawsuits were thrown out by a judge in June 2025.
