A 34-year-old creep allegedly raped a 12-year-old girl in The Bronx over the weekend – and was arrested shortly after the child’s dad walked in on the heinous act, cops and law enforcement sources said.  Jose Ramos – who appeared to have met the pre-teen on an app – allegedly sexually assaulted the girl inside an apartment building at West 174th Street and Montgomery Avenue in Morris Heights around 10:30 p.m. Sunday, police said.
