A law enforcement source revealed he is accused of tampering with multiple witnesses in the case against his future wife, Adva Lavie. A spokesman for the real estate tycoon also confirmed it was in relation to her allegedly stealing from old men she met on dating apps across Los Angeles. Cloobeck has been charged with two felony counts of attempting to prevent or dissuade a victim or witness from testifying, a felony count of preventing or dissuading a witness or victim from attending or testifying at a trial or proceeding, and a misdemeanor count of annoying telephone calls.
