The coaches, universities, and the NCAA literally could've solved this issue 10+ years ago by allowing the players across the board to get a piece of the revenue that comes into the NCAA and that would've given players a stipend. The courts rightfully ruled the current situation in the NCAA was unconstitutional and the NCAA screwed themselves and they have this mess now. They have to lay in it and if coaches can leave schools with $70 million buy outs and have them and their staff making close to $15+ million a a year at the high end then I don't see how the kids making what they make in NIL is any worse than that. submitted by /u/herewego199209 [link] [comments]
