The Beatles are going to “get back” to the site of one of their most famous moments, for what will be the first ever official Beatles fan experience. Apple Corps has announced that 3 Savile Row in Mayfair, London – where the Fab Four recorded their final album, Let It Be, and also delivered their last ever public performance on the roof on 30 January 1969 – will open its doors for the first time, playing host to seven floors’ worth of archive material and rotating exhibitions. Scheduled to launch in 2027, the project, titled “The Beatles at 3 Savile Row”, has the backing of Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr , along with London mayor Sadiq Khan. “It was such a trip to get back to 3 Savile Row recently and have a look around,” McCartney said in a statement on Monday 11 May. “There are so many special memories within the walls, not to mention the rooftop.…
