Observing before going all in I’ve been a collector my whole life. I was a kid going to card shows at the Philipsburg Mall with my best friend Brandon Warnke selling Todd Van Poppel rookie cards. I collected Valiant comics, LJN wrestling figures, and spent my childhood memorizing Beckett price guides – I was just purely “in it.” Collectibles are where I credit learning a lot of my early entrepreneurial instincts. – and carry it with me throughout my career. Fast forward to 2018, I had a feeling that trading cards were going to enter their next major era.
