More than a dozen meetings at the Indian Youth Congress (IYC) office and restaurants in Central and South Delhi over a period of a month, along with the creation of a WhatsApp group; picking a site near the Google Pavilion at the summit, and printing around 100 T-shirts — all this was a part of an alleged plan to disrupt the India AI Impact Summit 2026 held at Bharat Mandapam on February 20, according to a probe by the Delhi Police, The Indian Express has learnt. The Delhi Police’s Crime Branch on Monday filed a 5,000-page chargesheet in a city court in connection with a shirtless protest at the summit held by IYC members, said sources.  The chargesheet names IYC president Uday Bhanu Chib, its in-charge Manish Sharma, and 16 others as accused. It also lists 130 witnesses.…
