Hello everyone, I’m 29 and currently in the process of getting my MBA. My bachelors was in psychology and I worked in education. After a few years of working I couldn’t do it anymore and decided to pivot, and I’m hoping to work in HR. Now my question is, what can I do to make myself an eligible candidate in the eyes of employers? At the moment I haven’t been selected for internships, so I need to strengthen my resume. Are there good online courses? Is coursera a good way to obtain relevant skills? What about the HRCI? Please, any and all advice is welcome. I feel lost trying to start over when I’m almost 30, and I feel so behind. submitted by /u/Bourbon_zero [link] [comments]
