Hey guys! My dishwasher stopped draining today and figured my drain pump finally died. Obviously this requires me pulling out the dishwasher, and unhooking all of the lines to it and whatnot so I can flip it. Problem is all the pipes in my house are these stupid Flowtite push-pull valves. Would this be a pretty easy job for a beginner? I have looked up the general process (cutting the main water, getting the valve off by twisting, cutting the cut-up pipe bit off) and it seems simple enough. Would prefer to replace all three (dishwasher main line and hot/cold water lines).
If so, what valves would you recommend me swapping to instead? Would definitely prefer metal, obviously.
Thanks so much for the help!!!
