Now I am a HUGE advocate for including low calorie snacks/ desserts into your diet because they make it more sustainable and enjoyable. It’s too hard to eat only whole food 100% of the time. But my self control kinda faded away and I would find myself eating damn near the whole box😂 like I’d buy a box of those damn delicious legendary chocolate protein pastries and after I taste how good one is I would finish the entire 4 pack after. Also happened to me on a few occasions with other snacks as well. I decided to stop buying them and I haven’t been craving them at all or have any desire to buy them. It’s only been 2 weeks of me cutting them out completely and I know that I’ll probably start craving them again one day but for now I haven’t been craving them at all. I definitely need to practice some self control the next time I buy them.
