ON BOARD: Verneek, the deep tech AI firm, has expanded its advisory board with three prominent veterans of the luxury, retail and consumer industries. The new board members are: Philippe Schaus, former chief executive officer of Moët Hennessy and member of the LVMH executive committee; Nils Smedegaard Andersen, chairman of ASML and former CEO of Maersk and former chairman of Unilever, and Dave Kimbell, former CEO of Ulta Beauty. The new board members are all investors in Verneek, which is striving to scale its business.
